The Garden Adventure Help Beatrix Potter rescue Peter Rabbit!

This summer at Blenheim Palace join Beatrix Potter in the garden of old Mr. McGregor and help rescue Peter Rabbit.

The Garden Adventure - The Peter Rabbit™ Oxfordshire Garden Adventure immersive experience

Through a magical mix of storytelling, live performance, and puppetry the world of Beatrix Potter will come alive in Blenheim Palace’s walled garden as you, the audience, take part in the rescue of Peter from Mr. McGregor’s rabbit pie shaped plan.

Young Beatrix Potter enlists your help in finding mischievous Peter, leading you through flower and vegetable gardens, greenhouses and potting sheds previously not open to the public. On the way you’ll meet Jemima Puddle-Duck, Benjamin Bunny, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle and more, alongside a few surprises!

This 50 minute immersive adventure is a must for any child who loves to explore the great outdoors, any family who treasures what you can learn from being in nature and any fan of the most beloved rabbit in children’s literature.

Activity Area

Take a break from the rescue to find Peter Rabbit in the Activity Area where children can release their creativity! There will be plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained, including colouring in, dot to dot, and ‘find Peter’.

THE PETER RABBIT™ FARM SHOP

Visit the Farm Shop where you will find all things Peter Rabbit. Choose your favourite book in the reading corner or take your pick from a selection of children’s toys. There will be a food cart outside with delicious fresh produce so you can grab a coffee, ice cream, and lots of other tasty treats!

Regarding the experience

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, OX20, 1PP.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an outdoor venue. This adventure requires the audience to walk between scenes over grass and paths, please wear suitable clothing for the great British outdoors!

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 50 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is outdoors and designed to be COVID safe. The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to our reservation system and the timed entries.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There will be a food cart outside the Peter Rabbit™ Farm Shop with delicious fresh produce so you can grab a coffee, ice cream, and lots of other tasty treats!

Can I take photos or record the experience?

No photography is allowed onsite at the event. However, there will be official photography opportunities available to remember the experience.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, there are toilets available with baby changing facilities.

Is the experience suitable for all weather conditions?

Yes this is an all weather experience so come prepared. In the event of winds higher than 40mph, the event may be cancelled. In this case we will notify ticket holders via email and will make our best efforts to rebook your session.

What are the activities?

Do I need a ticket for an up to 6 months old?

If you have a newborn up to 6 months old and are able to carry your child around the experience, you are not required to book a ticket.

Can I leave my children to take part in the experience?

All children under 16 must be accompanied.

How do I book a ticket for my career?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker.

Please note that the Guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket please contact us here with proof of disability. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Does my ticket include access to Blenheim Palace?

Your ticket does not include access to the Palace or Gardens. A ticket offer will be included in your email ticket confirmation. Please note due to a private event, the formal gardens will be closed on 6 July. The rest of the site will be open as normal, including the Walled Garden.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

Mask wearing is not a requirement.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated slot. This is a theatrical adventure, requiring audiences to walk between scenes over grass and paths, please wear suitable clothing for the great British outdoors!

What happens if I arrive late?

The onsite team will do their best to accommodate any late comers though regret that during busy times this may not be possible.

Can I bring animals?

No.

Are service dogs allowed?

Assistance and support dogs are welcome, please contact a member of staff when you check in to advise of your requirements.

Is there an age requirement?

No, all ages are welcome.

Is there parking available?

Yes, please follow signage as you approach the venue. Free parking is available on site. Please also visist https://www.blenheimpalace.com/visitus/getting-here/ for further advice on how to travel to site.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. We advise that babies are carried and the use of buggies avoided.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
On the Fever website.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

You can purchase tickets via your mobile and QR codes at the event. However available sessions can only be purchased up until that session’s start time. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for The Peter Rabbit^™ Garden Adventure can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group of 10+ people, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Is the event accessible for wheelchairs?

This is an outdoor garden adventure across grass, gravel, uneven terrain, up and down gentle slopes and ramps into greenhouses and sheds. Every effort is made to make it as accessible as possible though there are limitations in some places due to the age of the buildings and nature of the working garden. For parking Blue Badge Holders have access to reserved spaces at the front of the Blenheim Palace car park for closer access.
